1/2 C Butter
1 C boiling Water
1 C Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in boiling water over med heat. Add flour and salt all at on time; stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beating hard after each addition until mixture is smooth. Drop puffs from a tablespoon 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 400º 40-55 minutes

Remove from cookie sheet and cool on a wire rack. When cream puffs are cold, cut side of each and fill with whipped cream or vanilla pudding

When Rock and I were first married Alice would fix these in the summer; I fell in love with them. Later, they became a favorite of the kids. I frost the top with chocolate frosting. YUMMY
