24 large Button Mushrooms, cleaned
1 pkg Jimmy Dean's Hot Bulk Sausage
1/2 Onion diced
1 Tbs Garlic minced
1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese softened
1/2 C Italian Bread Crumbs
salt and pepper
Cajun seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion. Drain. Over medium heat, mix cream cheese, seasonings with sausage. Add bread crumbs. Remove from heat and fill each mushroom with mixture. Sprinkle top with your favorite grated cheese. Bake 400 degrees 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve.

Mom and I tried several recipes for stuffed mushrooms and finally decided to make up our own. Everyone loves them and it is now a favorite that I am always asked to bring to parties. Mom and I made over 150 of these for Holly's wedding reception.
