3 Tbs Cornstarch
2 Tbs Corn Syrup
1 C Water
1 C Sugar
3 Tbs Strawberry Gelatin
3 drops red Coloring
3 C ripe Strawberries
1 baked 9 in pie shell
Whipped Cream or Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch, water and sugar; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat. Add corn syrup, gelatin, and coloring. Cool. Lightly fold in strawberries. Pour into pie shell and chill. Serve with whipped cream.

This was always one of grandpa and the grandkids favorites, especially when made with strawberries from grandma's garden.
