4 cooked and deboned chicken breasts
1 medium onion, choppped and microwaved
1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
1 tsp garlic
1/4 c margerine, melted
32 Ritz crackers
2 T. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, onion, sour cream, soup and garlic together and pour into 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Melt margerine in skillet and brown crackers. Spread over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
