Asparagus Spears
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp pepper or pepper blend
2 tsp lite soy
1 tsp balsamic
2 tbls butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash & clip asparagus and place on cooking sheet
2. Dust with Salt & Pepper
3. Bake for 10 minutes at 400º
4. 2 minutes before the asparagus comes out of the oven put your butter in a pan and start browning it till it turns nutty.
5. Add soy & balsamic
6. Pour over asparagus and immediately serve.
