1/4 C. butter
1/4 C. olive oil
2 chicken breast halves cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1/2 C. chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic minced
1 C. whipping cream
1 package alfredo sauce mix
12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
1 yellow zucchini cut up
3/4 C. teriyaki sauce (best brand is Voy's Very Very Teriyaki)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. fresh parsley chopped (if dried use less)
2 T. fresh basil chopped (if dried use less)
1 lb. hot fettuccini noodles
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese

Melt butter and oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, green onions, and garlic. Saute chicken until it is lightly browned and cooked. Stir in cream, alfredo sauce mix, mushrooms, zucchini, teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 3-5 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in parsley and basil. Remove from heat. Toss pasta with sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
