1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
4 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin (plain) - NOT the pumpkin pie mix!
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp. milk

Combine all 8 ingredients and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 10 inch Bundt pan, greased and floured.
Cook at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes then on cooling rack.
For glaze, combine powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle over cake.
