1 package butterscotch chips (12 onces)

1 box of brownie mix
1 container of chocolate frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions. Add half of the butterscotch chips to the batter and bake according to package directions. Allow brownies to cool and frost with chocolate frosting. Decorate with remaining butterscotch chips
