1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
1 bunch radishes, sliced
1 Onion, chopped
1 lb. Chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
2 pkgs Ramen noodles, broken up
1 t. Sesame seeds (optional)
1 pkge Almonds, sliced
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Vinegar
2 T. Soy sauce
3/4 c. Oil
1 Ramen Noodle seasoning packet

Mix cabbage, radishes, onion and shredded chicken in large bowl. Brown slightly in skillet Ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almonds, add to above, I don't always brown this mixture, it's OK to not do this step.
Bring to boil in saucepan the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, oil and seasoning packet. Let cool. Toss with cabbage & chicken mixture when ready to serve.
