BREAD:

1 pkg. lemon supreme cake mix
1/2 C sugar
1 C Apricot Nectar (reserve the rest for glaze)
3/4 C oil
4 eggs

GLAZE:

1 C powdered sugar
most of remaining nectar

Mix all ingredients together and beat till well blended. Pour into greased mini loaf pans and bake at 320º for about 1 hour. (It's done when it starts to pull away from sides of the pan) While slightly warm, remove from pan.
GLAZE:
Mix sugar and nectar well to make glaze. Drizzle over the top of the warm loaves.
