2 c almonds, blanched
1 1/2 powdered sugar
1/4 c egg whites, unbeaten
2 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
To blanch almonds, boil a few minutes and slip skins off. Put in processor or blender. Add sugar, egg whites, and extract. Mix and mold into a ball.
Let age 4 days in tightly covered container in refrigerator. If not used after 4 days, freeze as it will spoil.
