6-8 large eggs, boiled
1/4 cup celery, finely diced
2 T. red onion, minced
1/4 cup dill relish
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, or Creole seasoning
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. lime or lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
salt to taste

Peel and chop eggs in medium bowl. Combine all ingredients, blend well and salt to taste.
