1 Large Bag of Baby Carrots
1 Large Onion - Finely Chopped
1/4 c. Fresh Horseradish
3/4 c. Mayo, Sour Cream or Yogurt (Try 1/2 c. Mayo and 1/4 c. Sour Cream)
1 tsp. Salt, Or To Taste
1/2 tsp. Pepper, Or To Taste
3 tbsp. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots in salted water until tender. Slice, or sliver, if desired after cooking.

Mix together ingredients and pour over drained carrots. Cover with buttered bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes.
