3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
6 oz white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

In bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar and shortening; beat until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.
