1 1/2 cup sugar (granulated)
1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup half and half
3 Tbsp butter
2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Butter sides of heavy saucepan. Combine granulated sugar,brown sugar, and half and half.
Cook and stir over medium high heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove saucepan from heat. Add butter. DO NOT STIR. Cool without stirring for 30 minutes.
Stir in pecans and beat with wooden spoon until thick, but still glossy.
Drop candy by spoonfuls on waxed paper and let stand until firm. Work quickly.
Store tightly covered for up to a week.
