1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 12oz can can tomato paste
1/2 tbsp basil, oregano, rosemary
10 oz cooked lasagna noodles
10 oz pkg frozen spinach (thawed)
16 oz low fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp grated fresh parmesan cheese
4 oz part skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 c mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam
Layer small amount of sauce, 1/3 noodles, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 spinach, and 1/2 sauce. Repeat noodles, sauce, and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 40 min. Let stand for 15 min.
