Pastry for 2 crust pie
1 jar None Such Mincemeat
Optional:
1 egg yolk
2 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Place rack at lowest position.
Prepare pastry. Pour mincemeat into pastry. Place top pastry. Make slits. Mix egg yolk and water. Brush on top crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.

This is a favorite at Christmas.I now buy the None Such mincemeat in a jar but it use to come in a block that you had to cook, It sure did smell good!!!
