3 c rhubarb pieces
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter, softened
6 eggs, well beaten
1 unbaked pie crust


Crumb topping:
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c flour
1/2 c butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour and butter. Put into pie crust. Pour eggs over. Top with crumb topping. Bake at 400º for 40 - 45 minutes.
