1 oz butter
2 (6 oz) chicken breasts, skinless and boned
1/2 c green onions, sliced
1 c sliced mushrooms
1/2 c white wine
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp meat glaze
2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 c heavy cream
1/4 c chopped parsley
4 Fleuron puff pastry for garnish
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dust chicken lightly in flour, and saute in butter until 3/4 done. Add garlic, green onions, and mushrooms, and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add white wine and reduce by 1/2. Add cream, tomatoes, and parsley. Simmer 2 more minutes or until smooth. Garnish with puff pastry Fleuron.
