Base
1/2 C sweet cream butter
1 egg yolk
2 T water
1 1/4 C flour
1 t sugar
1 t baking powder

12 oz chocolate chips
2 eggs
3/4 C sugar
1/3 C melted sweet butter
2 t Vanilla
1/2 C fine chopped walnuts

Pre heat oven to 350º
Base
Beat butter, egg yolk and water. Sift flour, sugar and BP and mix together.Spread onto glass 13 x 9
baking pan. cook at 350º for 10 minutes.Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips over the base put back in oven for one minute. Remove and spread chips. Lower oven to 325º
Beat 2 eggs,till thick, then beat in sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in nuts and spread on top of chocolate. Bake at 325º fo 30 more minutes.
