3-4 tsp. sugar or to your taste
2/3 cups crisco shortening
3-4 T. ice water mixed with 1 T. white vinegar

Directions:
Mix flour, salt, sugar. Work crisco into flour mixture until pea size. Add ice water, 2 T. at a time. Just mix until dough comes together. Don't over mix or dough will become tough. Form into a ball, wrap in wax paper or plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for about one half hour. Remove, and roll on a lightly floured surface. Place in pie plate, add your favorite filling. Bake pie on 425º or until crust is goden and filling is cooked. Bake pie crust blind if you're making a instant pudding filling, or any filling that doesn't need baking.
