9 eggs
4 1/2 c. milk
3 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add milk and stir. Gradually beat in flour. Add MELTED butter. Consistency will be a little bumpy. Grease pancake pans and pour a ladle full on each. Pankcakes will be flat, about 1/8 inch thick. Take off when golden brown. Serve with syrup, blueberry sauce, butter, raspberry sauce, chocolate chips, or whatever floats your boat.
