Directions:
In a large mixer bowl stir together 2 c of the flour and yeast. In a small saucepan heat milk, sugar, margarine or butter, and salt just till warm (120-130º) stirring constantly. Add to flour mixture; add eggs. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 sec,, scraping sides of bowl constantly. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Using a spoon, stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can. On a lightly floured surface knead in enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (6-8 minutes). Shape into a ball. Place dough in a greased bowl; turn dough once to grease surface. Cover; let the dough rest in a warm place about 20 minutes. Punch the dough down; divide in half.
