1 3/4 c flour
1/4 c cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp butter or margarine
1/3 c shredded cheese
1 c buttermilk
1/4 c water
1 egg, slightly beaten

Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add liquid and stir until just blended. Put into sprayed muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
