1 lb. sausage (any flavor)
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
1 - 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese,
1 small can chopped green chilies (optional)
grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet. Drain grease on paper towels. In large bowl add the softened cream cheese to the cooked sausage while the sausage is still very hot. Once that is mixed very well, add the sour cream, cheese and chilies. Mix well and put in greased casserole dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350º. Serve hot from the oven.
