4 c. milk
2 c. white bread pieces
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and mash bread in it. Add eggs, salt, sugar, and vanilla. Over this pour melted butter. Bake in flat pan at 300º for at least 1 hour. serve plain or with grape Kram.
