2 c. conf. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
6 large marshmallows
4 tbsp (1/2) stick butter
1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar and cocoa into a large bowl. Set aside. Place the marshmallows, butter and milk in a saucepan over low heat. stir until marshmallolws are melted, 3-4 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Pour the sugar and cocoa mixture over the marshmallow mixture. Add the vanilla and stir until the frosting is smooth and satiny. Use at once to frost the top of cake. Double the recipe for a layer or 13x9 inch cake.
