Crust:
1 1/2 c. graham craker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

Cake:
2 ibs cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
5 med eggs

Topping:
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/3 c. light cream
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
For the Crust: Combine crumbs and sugar; add melted butter and mix. Press on bottom and part way ip sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Set oven at 300 for cake. For the cake: Beat cream cheese, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla until smooth and well blended. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and mix until well blended. Pour into crust and bake for 11/2 hrs or until set in center. Cool on a rack to room temp. For the topping: Combine butter, sugar, cream and eg in a small pan. Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, pecans and coconut. Cool.
Remove sides from spring-form pan Top with coconut pecan topping. Add a border of whipped cream and sprinkle with grated semi-sweet chocolate.
