1 package lemon Jell-O
2 hard cooked eggs
5 stalks celery
1 can tuna
½ cucumber
1 ½ cups boiling water
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Mince celery, cucumber and eggs. Add to drained mashed tuna. When Jell-O is cool add other ingredients and place in ring mold. Garnish with eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers sliced in rings and parsley. Serve with Thousand Island dressing or French dressing.
