1/2 c.all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 pork loin chops (about 3/4 inch thick) trimmed
2 T. vegetable oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl or food storage bag, combine flour, salt, mustard, paprika, and garlic powder; dredge pork chops to coat well. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the chops on both sides in oil. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine soup and water; pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. If desired, thicken juices and serve with the pork chops.
