2 tbs flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/.2 c. sugar (or splenda)
1 c. fat free sour cream
1 egg lightly beaten or 1/4 c egg beaters
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c,. chopped, pared apples

Crust
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. fat free butter or margarine
1 egg or 1/4 c egg beaters
5 tbsp cold water (3 tbsp if using promise)
1 tsp vinegar

Crumb Topping
1/3 c flour
1.3 c brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or promise margarine or ultrafat free promise
Blend together until crumbs appear

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 tbsp flour, 1/4 salt, and sugar in a bowl. Then add sour cream, egg and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth, mix in apples. Pour mixture into prepared pie shell. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30 minutes. Add crumb topping and bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Cool then refrigerate. Lasts for 10 days in refrigerator.
