1 stick hard butter
1 pkg. cake mix (yellow)
1 can of apple pie filling
1/2 c. cinnamon sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 egg
sliced apples

Directions:
For a 13x9 in. pan empty a dry cake mix. Cut up a stick of butter (not softened) in the mix and mix the cake mix until crumbly. Press into pan making small sides with mix. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Take 1 can of apple pie filling and place evenly over "crust". Sprinkle 1/2 c. cinnamon sugar over apples. take 8 oz. sour cream and mix 1 egg in it. Spread over apples and bake for 25 min. or more.
