1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 c bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 (15 1/2 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (6 0z) pkg sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Using 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce, combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Divide meat mixture into thirds. Spread one third in bottom of
9 X 5 X 3 inch loaf pan; cover with half the cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with meat. Bake in preheated 350º oven for about 1 hour or until done.
Heat remaining sauce and pour some over meat loaf and serve the remainder in a gravy boat.
