1 1/4 C.sugar
1/3 C. cocoa
1/3 C. cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
3 C. milk
3 tbs. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 sliced bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust and set aside. Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in medium saucepan, gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Cook over medium heat stir until boils, boil and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, blend in butter and vanilla, pour into bowl, press plastic wrap onto surface. Cool to room temperature. Cover bottom with small amount of filling. Add bananas. Cover with remaining filling. Chill 3 to 4 hrs.
