1 #2 clem apricot halves sauce juice
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs (seperated)
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. apricot juice
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large cake pan. Spread brown sugar over butter evenly and arange apricots. Beat egg yolks, add sugar and apricot juice and flour and baking powder. Fold in eggs even over apricot mixture. Bake at 375º for about 45 mintues. (if necessary cover with foil (last 15 min.))
