2 c. flour (self-rising)
4 T. Mazola Oil (or mayonnaise, or both)
1 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in bowl; make nest in center. Place corn oil in nest and gradually add buttermilk, stirring with spoon until all milk is used, gradually picking up all or most all the flour. Remove spoon and knead with hands until dough is light and smooth. Pinch off pieces, roll in balls in center of hands, smooth, place on baking pan, in cold oven. Bake at 450º until brown. Makes about 10 biscuits.
