1 c. self-rising corn meal
1 rounded T. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
1 med onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cream style corn

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in oblong Pyrex dish (2 qt.). Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl; add melted margarine. Pour in baking dish. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350º. Size of pan is important -- doesn't work well in different pan. Can be halved and baked in 9x9 pan. Is delicious with creamed chicken or chicken a al king over it. Can be wrapped in foil and reheated.
