2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten

Filling: 3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup pecans - chopped

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine all dry cake ingredients. Blend in oil, milk and egg. Pour half the batter into a greased 9X13 baking dish. Combine filling ingredients. Spread half of the filling over cake batter. Cover with remaining cake batter, and top with remaining filling. Bake for 25 minutes.
