3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 1/2c. flour
2 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
6-8 apples, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, and oil together. Mix batter into flour mixture. Place 1/2 the batter into a greased 9" pan. Add the apples, pared and sliced, tossed with cinnamon. Lastly, add remaining batter over the top and sprinkle with sugar before baking.
Bake 50-55 min. @ 350º
