1 frozen deep-dish pie shell
1/2 lb bulk sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups half-and-half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Let frozen pie shell stand at room temperature for 10 minutes; do NOT prick shell. Bake 7 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

Reduce oven temperature to 375º. Crumble and cook sausage and onion in skillet; drain. Remove from heat; stir in cranberries.

Sprinkle cheese on bottom of pie shell; top evenly with sausage mix.

Combine eggs and half-and-half in bowl; whisk until blended. Pour egg mixture over sausage in pie shell.

Bake 40-45 minutes.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
