2 to 3 lb pork roast
1 cup soy sauce
5 drops Bottled Liquid Smoke
1 dash ground ginger
5 green onions, cut in 2 to 3 inch pieces
1 pinch of coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pokes holes all over roast for marinade to seep into. Make some deep slits with a knife on top of roast to stuff green onion pieces into. Turn upside down into a deep roasting pan so onion is on the bottom.

To make marinade, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over Pork Roast. Cover tightly with foil. Marinate at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350ºF while marinating. Bake 2 hours covered. Meat should fall apart. Shred onto a serving plate and remove onions.
