1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c.up vegetable oil
10 oz. 7-UP

7-UP CAKE TOPPING

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
small can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. shredded coconut (optional)

Directions:
1. Mix everything but 7-UP in a large bowl. Beat until light and fluffy.

2. Add 7-UP, mixing on low speed until well blended. Pour into lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.

3. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until it test done. Immediately cover with 7-UP Cake Topping.

4. 7-UP CAKE TOPPING: In saucepan, over medium heat, beat eggs with fork. Add sugar, flour, butter, pineapple and juice, stirring constantly until thick. Add coconut. Prick cake with fork and pour topping over cake.
