1 lb. bag cranberries
4 c. water, divided
2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
juice of 1 lemon
2 t. grated orange rind

In large saucepan, add cranberries to 2 c. water and bring to a boil. Cook until skins pop. Drain cranberries through sieve, reserving water. Using back of spoon, push cranberries through sieve into a large bowl, discarding skins and saving pulp. Add sugar and remaining water from cranberries, orange juice, 2 c. water, lemon juice and orange rind. Mix together and pour in 9 x 13 pan. Place in freezer, stirring every half hour while freezing. To serve, remove 10 min. before serving, chip out with spoon into sauce dishes. Serve immediately or return to freezer.
