7 -9 large tomatoes, 1 serrano chili, 1 Anaheim chili, 1 yellow chili,
1 small sweet onion, 4-5 cloves garlic, pressed, 1 bunch cilantro,
divided, juice from one lime, 1 tsp salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare one day before serving. Wear rubber gloves when
handling chilis and rmove the seeds.
Put 1/2 of the cilantro and remaining ingredients into food
processor. Just before serving, add the remaining chopped
cilantro.
