Ingredients:  
1 brick cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine
2 egg whites
1 loaf of unsliced white bread (frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese and combine with margarine and egg whites in a food processor.

Remove crust from loaf of bread.

Cut bread into 1 inch cubes.

Frost bread cubes.

Freeze.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet
7-8 minutes at 475º

These Cheese Boxes are very famous in the west suburbs of Cleveland. Aunt Margaret would come to help host Tony and Cindy's annual "bash" for business friends and customers. They LOVED her and her Cheese Boxes!
