Ingredients:  
3 yellow tomatoes, 6 red tomatoes, 1 large red onion, 2 limes, 3
orange tomatoes, 4 cloves garlic, 1 bunch cilantro, 2 jalapeņos,
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion, garlic and cilantro. Seed and devein jalapeņo add to
onion, etc. Put everything in a bowl. Add the juice of 1 limes and
a
little salt and pepper. Medium dice all the tomatoes and add to
bowl, stir everything together. Refrigerate for a couple hours so
all flavors marry well. NOTE: This salsa can be done by hand
or in a food processor.
