1 1/2 c. *Sugar cookie dough
hot water
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. canned, commercial **date filling

Directions:
Directions:
Place dough in bowl. If dry, sprinkle with a few drops of hot water and knead until pliable. Knead in oats. Press half of dough into the bottom of a 9" square baking pan.
Spread **date filling over dough. Crumble remaining dough over filling. Bake at 350º for 30-35 min. until topping is golden brown. *If using commerical dough, use 3/4 of a 20oz log.
** can use raspberry jam or any fruit jam
