2 c rye flour
3 c whole wheat flour
5 tsp salt
1/2 c molasses
1/4 c honey
3/4 c Crisco
3 1/2 c boiling water
3 eggs
1 1/2 c milk, boiled
2 c white flour
3 pkg yeast
1/2 c warm water
1 tsp sugar
3 pkg yeast
9 or more c white flour
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients together. When luke warm, add 3 eggs, beaten. Make a sponge of milk and 2 c flour. Put yeast, warm water, and sugar together. Add to sponge mix, then mix all together. Add 9 c flour. Knead until stiff. Let set for one hour, then make 5 loaves. Let set one hour, or until double in bulk. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Rub butter over whole loaf.
