1 unbaked pastry shell
8 slices bacon
8-oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 T. flour
1/2 t. slat
3 eggs, beaten
1-3/4 c. half & half milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pastry shell in hot oven about 7 minutes. Remove and lower oven temperature to 325º. Fry bacon, crisply. Drain and crumble. Combine flour, eggs, salt and milk. Pour into pie shell. Put cheese on top. Bake 35 minutes at 325º. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
