1/2 lb. bacon
5 eggs
3 c. milk
1-1/2 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
butter
syrup
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 500º. Chop and fry bacon in frying pan. Place bacon in 10x13x2" pan (not glass). Cool. Make batter of eggs, milk, flour, sugar and slat. Pour batter on cooled bacon and bake for 25 minutes exactly. Cut into squares and serve with butter and syrup. Serves 6
